At Puredown, we want you to love your sleep experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your bedding, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned bedding, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
